At a time when large pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi-Aventis decide to reduce the risk specific to the drug business by diversifying their activities through acquisitions in the food supplement, medical devices, diagnostics, dermo-cosmetics, it appears appropriate to address these developments in areas full of lusts and sources, to identify business models, life cycles of products and analyze recent deals concerning business development.

Our three speakers will present the key features for each of their industry and the similarities and differences with the pharmaceutical universe.

We will finish around 18:30 with a cocktail that will allow us to continue the discussion in a more informal way.
