- Firm Price / package (freedom to fix / legal constraints and / or regulatory)
- % of Net Sales (issues: frame in time, treatment of the subject in case of reorganization or transfer to a third party, accelerations, etc …),
- Price Adjustments (writing, parameter definition, adversarial procedure, use the expert if challenged)
- Deferred payments (writing, remuneration, behavioral rules until the date of payment, payment guarantees to implement? compensation rules, etc …)
- Price supplements (Trigger Events, behavior rules until the date of random payment, payment guarantees to implement? rules offsets, price accelerations).
